About Me

My photo
Our adventures started in amazing Alaska, but have since taken us to beautiful Spokane Valley, Washington. Our family consists of Nick (Dad), Becki (Mom), and our four boys: Alvin, Alex, Rilie, and Jackson. I enjoy homeschooling our kids and we're excited for what adventures Spokane has for us.

Jackson & Kael's blessing

Today, Jackson and Kael were given a name and a blessing. They both looked adorable!

(Moving these pictures around... is actually difficult)

New family photo!

Other fun pictures:

 Alvin's Cub Pack...
almost the entire group!
Rilie reclaiming his carseat.

My babies

Rilie's first time holding Jackson... took a couple tries, but then he liked it.
He kept kissing him on the head.

And I guess... here's another picture of me.

More Videos and Park Pictures

Info posted below... I'm just so excited I can put videos on now.

Carousel Ride at the toy emporium.

Outside the bishop's office. Alvin is having his baptismal interview
and Nick will be set apart as a Sunday School teacher for the 14 year olds.

Park Pictures

Yesterday, we stayed close to home and played at the park in our complex.

Wrestling together

Alex was explaining something and it looked so cute...

...sleeping peacefully...

The shirts came off and the muscles are out!

Watching time pass on the phone, so they can go back inside and play games.
(I've been weaning them back and this is how it goes)

Are my muscles still there?

Yes they are.

Swinging Rilie... They only dropped him once.

Finally a picture I like... it only took 15 shots.

Week 4

I know... my post titles are so creative.

Proud Brothers

Working on getting a Rilie & Jackson picture.

Other Fun Things:

Visiting Coeur D'Alene

We wanted to play in the sand, water, and enjoy a picnic. Well, it began pouring rain as soon as we set out our blanket. We decided to tour the town and found a toy emporium. It was a lot of fun for the kids.

Carousel - 50 cents per ride (3 at a time). The kids loved it!

I tried to freak out the kids with this, but they are so used to my stories they didn't bat an eye.
It was a sad day for mommy.

Really cool Ferris Wheel in the window, love the sign too.

Train pipes.

The boys loved this mirror. Rilie wasn't too sure about it.

Enchanted reading corner.

Alex and Rilie waiting for Alvin
(having his baptismal interview!!)

Week 3
(I am learning how to place pictures, so you don't have to scroll down so far)

Rilie wants to join the photo shoot:

Alvin and Alex received a HUGE box of magic cards from friends.
They were thrilled!

Memory Lane

At the hospital, they offer you a complimentary photo shoot. The photographer was amazing. We didn't plan anything, she just showed up with a basket and took 18 great pictures in 15 minutes. We have the rights to all our pictures; we'll burn a CD for grandparents. If anyone else want some, let us know. Here are our favorites:
